Magic Coffee: Best of Both

I found this on Pinterest today:

It made me explode with happiness. Yes, really. There were witnesses. Well, one.
Really though, two of my favourite things in one photo. Does it get any better?

Yes. Yes, it does:

I snapped a shot of our travel mascot, George Bailey-Penguin, ready for our most recent trip.  Next thing I knew, he’d flipped into my coffee.

How did he get there?

This photo set is not staged.  Coasters are still bad.

Magic Coffee: Audience Participation

A few weeks ago, a friend sent me this photo and I thought I’d share it:

These are two of my favourite things! Thank you, Karen!

This week, while shopping for my nearly oldest friend’s birthday gift (but I’m still older than she is), I found this and had to get it for myself:

True words. On a mug.

So, what made you smile this week?

Magic Coffee: Brooklyn Edition

While in Brooklyn, I snapped this to post.  You may not see anything, but I saw words, and happiness and hope and bagels.  That’s why it’s magic.

Taken at The Flying Saucer Cafe, a place where my friends and I would probably hang out every weekend.  If we all lived parallel lives in Brooklyn.  It could happen.

Magic Coffee: Back By Popular Demand (Kinda)

No fewer than one person told me yesterday that they’d been looking forward to Magic Coffee.  This is for them.  And for you.  Embrace the minimalism.
